1. Who we are
CraftAgents ("we," "us") builds AI website assistants for service businesses. We are based in Georgetown, Texas. For any privacy question or request, contact us at will@craftagents.net.
2. What we collect
- Basic site usage: standard, non-identifying technical information your browser sends when you visit this website (such as general analytics, if enabled). The interactive demo on our site is scripted and runs entirely in your browser, what you type into it is not transmitted to us or stored.
- Contact information you give us: if you email us or book a demo, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, and business.
- Lead information through our product: when our assistant runs on a client's website, it may collect a visitor's name, phone number, email, and the details of their inquiry, so that the client can follow up.
3. How and why we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and provide and operate the assistant.
- To deliver captured leads to the business that owns the assistant.
- To improve and support the service.
4. Who we share it with (subprocessors)
We only share data with the services required to run the assistant, and only as needed to operate it:
- AI provider (Anthropic / Claude API): processes the conversation to generate responses.
- Hosting provider: hosts the website and service.
- Lead-routing tools (such as Make or n8n): deliver captured leads to the business owner.
- Analytics (if enabled): measures basic site usage.
5. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data or your customers' data, and we do not reuse it for any purpose beyond operating the service described here.
6. Data we process on behalf of our clients
When our assistant runs on a roofing contractor's (or other client's) website and captures their customers' names and phone numbers, that information belongs to the client. It flows through our system only to deliver the lead to them. We do not sell it, reuse it, or use it to contact those customers ourselves, and it can be deleted on request.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
8. How to request deletion
You (or a client, on behalf of their customers) can request access to or deletion of personal information at any time by emailing will@craftagents.net. We'll honor valid requests promptly.
9. Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If basic analytics are enabled in the future, any cookies used will be limited to measuring site usage, and this policy will be updated.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business grows. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
